So we're going to start off with a codified steps of ballet looking at them atomically
trying to get an advanced idea of what is actually working to make your body get into
these positions and stay there and you get warmed up correctly. First position your is
you want to start with your feet turned out to the line of what your hip is actually turned
out, but you don't want to over rotate and do what you just seen ballet dancers do if
you do that over rotating your feet makes you hip crease and makes your butt stick out
and it messes up your other alignment. Bringing your feet to your natural hip angle which
you can find in standing apparel turning out rotators and your inter thighs to pull in
this will get your correct alignments to make flat back open nice first position your arms
are out. Same goes for second position from that hip crease and your arms goes out to
the side as for water drops will fall from your shoulder off your arms, turn over to
your third position your arms lower and the heels touching the big toe of the back foot.
Fourth position is up here and it's really easy to open the hip back here so you want
to make square this hip is coming forward, this one's still back the inter thighs working
and the arm is over head you can see if you lifted up your eyes and the other side. The
fifth both arms come up this is arm up position you should be able to lift up your thighs
and see your fingers here your heels is touching your other toes and it's that good position
that's not to turned out that you see ballet dancers do just be correcting your placement
and helps you keep everything in and correct wards where everything should be fifth position.
