As far as my hearing loss is concerned, I was worried about that because early in my
career I worked in a power plant and there was a lot of noise on a continuous basis.
And recently, to my family and friends I've had to say "Huh?" too many times, or
"Can you repeat that?" and I realized that I was slowly loosing my hearing.
I chose to come to Zounds because I had researched a couple of other hearing aid providers,
and I saw a very attractive ad in the local newspaper and I ended up at Zounds.
When I initially arrived at Zounds, I was - because I had been to other places I was impressed with the reception:
the office area was very clean and crisp; and I was fortunate that the person that tested
me for hearing seemed to be very professional and appeared to me to have a background, especially
as I looked at the others that I was comparing Zounds to. So I was just very impressed.
I purchased a Zounds Hearing Aid because the price was very reasonable compared to others,
and again, the professionalism that I received, and that it looks like because I have a hearing
loss I want a long-term relationship with the provider and I'm hoping that Zounds would
be able to do that.
My life has changed since I've started wearing a Zounds Hearing Aid because I no longer have to ask people to repeat, I no longer shake my head
and act like I heard what people were saying when in fact I did not, and just all around I enjoy...
you know, it's the holiday season, I've been to several parties and I have the remote and
I just turn it on to the "Party" sound wave or whatever it's called, and all in all I'm
just hearing everything that I wanted to hear before.
I would recommend Zounds Hearing Aids to others, in fact, I have. Again, I think that the prices are very reasonable,
the professionalism of this facility - I'm very impressed with; and again I've researched this and did a lot
of reading and I feel like I got a very good bargain by coming to Zounds.
