First, power on your printer.
Make sure your printer is connected wirelessly to the same network as your computer.
You can use the Wireless Setup Wizard on your printer's control panel to set up your connection.
Navigate to the driver installation file on your computer that was downloaded from hp.com/drivers.
Double-click the file to start the installation.
The installation files will extract.
During the installation, Windows might ask you to confirm if you want to
open the file or allow changes to be made to your computer.
Click Yes, Continue, or Run to continue the installation.
If a 1, 2, 3, Connect screen appears, click Continue.
From the Software Selections screen, you can customize your
software installation by clicking Customize Software Selections.
HP recommends you install all software to get the most use out of your HP printer.
Click Next.
If a Partner Software Selections screen appears, choose your desired option,
then click Next.
On the Installation Agreements and Settings screen, select the checkbox to agree to the terms,
then click Next to begin the software installation.
Depending on your printer, a connection screen might appear.
Select the Wireless option, then click Next.
The installer checks the network for connected printers.
Select your printer from the list, then click Next.
The remaining installation prompts will be different depending on your printer.
Follow the on-screen prompts to complete setting up your printer.
Once you have finished setting up your printer, the HP Printer Assistant
will open automatically or you can open it from your desktop.
The HP Printer Assistant allows you to view ink levels, adjust printing options,
adjust scanning options, and provides other helpful tools.
Your printer is now ready to use.
