Arnold Rebuildable Atomizer by Tobeco from GD
Hi, welcome to the video about Arnold.
However, not the one you know from the movies
but in the shape of a rebuildable, stainless steel atomizer Arnold Clone.
Arnold is really a delicacy of respectable size.
A cardboard box
including a service pack with two mesh rolls, resistance wire, and wick.
Here comes the Arnold clone itself.
Weight 178g,
diameter 26.72mm,
and length until the driptip 78.2mm.
Driptip is a standard 510 type, just a bit longer.
Length of the driptip 50mm.
As I said, standard 510 driptip, it means exchangeable.
510 thread… And now let´s have a look at the cap with an airflow control function.
If I remove the upper ring, I can remove the other ring as well.
Here, there are miniature air holes that serve for vertical
as well as horizontal air supply chain to the heating system.
There are some 6 holes here… and one more, about 3mm hole,
which also serves as an air hole and can be controlled by turning this ring.
Let me remove the cap, everything is genuine stainless steel and pyrex glass.
So, this is the upper cap, here you can see the detail of the big air hole.
Here, there are those about 6 little air holes… They are probably not so visible on the video, I guess.
Now, we can see the heating system.
A rubber o-ring and the other threaded ring
which serves for fixing the upper cap in the right position towards the coil.
The heating system can be used for 2 coils.
There is a minus pole here, center pin pole common for both coils,
and the other pole for fixing the coils.
Originally, the heating system from the producer is on the wick.
There are two holes, so in case we use two coils, we use the other hole as well.
You can also fix mesh in these two holes for better e-liquid supply.
For example when you are using cotton.
Ok, let´s remove this part.
You can see the wicks going through here.
In case I want to add some mesh here, I will unscrew these little screws,
put the mesh in the position I want it to stay, and gently fix with this screw.
Now, I can´t move it out… I need to loosen it… Ok.
Common… ok…
Each hole has its own fixing screw, also the holes through which the wick goes.
With them you can control e-liquid supply to the coils.
So, this is the heating system which really can be used many different ways.
Of course, there is a groove where you can put some mesh in and on the top some cotton.
The coil and cotton can be also here, this way.
There are really many possibilities.
Of course, you can go all the way through with your mesh, it depends on you what you like.
Bottom part: a stainless steel cover,
pyrex tube,
two little nuts, and the center pin.
Ok, I will put it back.
You can also adjust the height of the center contact here,
you need to disassemble the atomizer like we did.
When I loosen a bit here, I move out a bit,
then I tighten these two nuts against each other.
At this moment, it will be loose here… But after I screw in this part, it becomes fixed.
So, this is the possibility to adjust the height of the center contact in a 510 thread.
Let´s put it back together.
Pyrex tank, nice silicone sealing.
If you don´t want the stainless steel cover tube, you can do it this way as well.
However, considering the weight, I think this would serve only until the first knock.
So, this is also some kind of a protection against damage.
We can fill in some liquid now as well, directly from the top,
or you don´t have to open the atomizer
and add your liquid through these holes with a needle or a narrow end bottle.
I will check the heating first… I don´t see anything...
It is heating already, it seems my box is weak.
That´s the main problem, I think.
Ok, tighten a bit, put on the safety ring for the upper control cap.
Let´s see how the filling is working.
I will not fill it all because of its capacity.
Moisture the heating system here, ok.
Put on the o-ring, remember where the coil is…
Almost right… I go back a bit….
I will adjust the airflow later, after I try vaping, so I leave it rather loose.
And we are ready to vape!
The resistance of the original heating system from the producer is 1.8ohm, which is quite reasonable.
So, let´s see how it works.
It is vaping ok, a good gun.
I used the airflow control, it took me some time to come to the result I prefer,
it just requires a bit of your patience.
So, this is Arnold. Arnold the big.
A big piece of stainless steel with a variable use, as you wish, as you need.
That´s all from me now and looking forward to meeting you at some of my future videos again.
