This is Lois Arnold and I am the owner of Elijah University City Salon and Spa, and
we are at 4012 Market Street here in Philadelphia. Okay. After you’ve done that, then this
is what you call the primer. Without the primer, then the nail will not last as long because
it can lift up, so you apply the primer. Just a little goes a long way. Now, the actual acrylic. When you’re applying
the acrylic, the powder and the liquid and that is what, when they come together they
will come into a hard surface, and they will actually make the nail. The most important
part of applying the acrylic is your brush; this is a sable brush.
What you do is you wet your brush with the nail liquid, not over wet because then it
will make it too sloppy and you won’t get a good nail. You apply that to the powder.
