Hey bro, I know you jumped on the CrossFit bandwagon, but I've heard some stuff recently
about it. Is it really bad for your health?
Nah bro, that is just the really wimpy guys that don't even lift that say that.
Well, from what I heard, there are some really major health risks when doing it.
Look bro, I have lost weight and have gotten so stacked that girls are always asking if
I Cross Fit. That's because they know that's the only thing that would do that. Now how
can that be bad for you?
The stuff I read said that since CrossFit has such vigorously challenging workouts in
a small amount of time, that there is a greater increase of the risk of injury.
Yeah bro, that's because those small nerds shouldn't be doing it. They get all brave
and try and lift like me bro and then they get hurt.
So it is because they push themselves, and not because of the workouts?
Yeah bro. They have coaches that are all tough and make them go harder than their bodies
can handle. You have to work your way into that stuff bro.
I see bro. Well what about that rhabdomyolysis thing?
I can't believe you even remembered that word. I've heard about it, but it's super rare.
Seriously bro, if you're going to get that, it isn't going to be from just doing CrossFit.
Well, I'm thinking about doing it bro. I had a guy come up to me when I was picking up
a case of water at the store. He gave me his card and he was a CrossFit instructor.
Dang, he was all like, "Do you even lift bro?" Ha ha!
