We have a number of marketing initiatives planned for 2011. Some of that I can’t of
course share today, because that would be exposing myself to competitive response. But
you can bet that you’re gonna keep seeing us be very purposeful in utilizing multiple
channels to communicate with consumers based on what they also have opted in to engage
with us on. You’ll be seeing us do more and more around pharmacy and health care and
information to support people based on their different conditions. More around caregiver
support, ‘cause there are a lot of people taking care of a lot of people right now.
And we have many resources available to assist them and information to assist them.You’ll
see more linkages of our available services and information to other websites and digital
environments where there’s added value by connecting consumers to them as well. You’ll
see more in the way of cause marketing that ties back to engaging with the communities
who have to manage conditions like diabetes and heart health and others that we’d like
to stay close to and assist in terms of managing their day to day lives. So there’s just
a lot of applications in terms of all of our digital, mobile, texting, in store marketing,
advertising of the traditional types, that we’re gonna utilize in an integrated way
against some of those initiatives.
