Hello welcome to my kitchen so we're going to go over the ingredients list for this amazing
Italian summer meal we're preparing today. First thing we're going to do is actually
oven dry our own tomatoes and once you'll do this you'll be hooked, it is so much favorable
and sweet than these sundried tomatoes you buy in little packages in the store. So we're
going to start off by doing that then we're going to use them in a nice sandwich so we
have a great baggett here we're going to slice it into 4 pieces it'll serve 4 people. And
on top of that we'll add some sweet roasted red peppers we'll spread on some mascarpone
cheese which I absolute love. It works well in a savory sandwich we're going to use half
of it for that and the other half for our dessert very useful. And we'll also add some
Fontina cheese which taste amazing with these oven dried tomatoes and of course a little
of arugula. The arugula will also do double duty today because we're going to also use
it in a salad, add a nice head of radicchio as well as an endive these 3 colors will look
gorgeous together, and on top we'll shave some fresh Parmesan which again adds more
dimensions to the salad. We'll be making our very own dressing today very simple all it
is a little lemon zest, some lemon juice and some dejon mustard as well as some salt and
pepper. Stream in some olive oil it's be amazing finally we're going to finish a beautiful
dessert we'll use the other half of the mascarpone cheese and mix that in with some lemon curd.
Another of my favorite ingredients of all times I could just spoon and just eat this
right out of here. We'll take that and put it into these ready made mini filo shells
this your going to love fall in love with it's the fine of the century it comes right
out of the freezer ready to eat, and there just so pretty and so delicate and fancy we'll
put a little bit of raspberries on top it'll be a beautiful end to a meal.
