and research on topics of holistic health. Today I am going to show you how to make homemade
facials right at home, there are ingredients that you can find right in your kitchen and
important ingredients that I always use is 100% pure essential oils and I want to tell
you the different oils that you can try depending on your skin types, so I am going to give
you the different categories of skin types and the essential oils that you would use.
Clary sage works for any skin type. So if you have normal skin, it would be a clary
sage geranium, lavender, neroli, rose, sandalwood and rosewood. If your skin is oily, you may
want to try clary sage, eucalyptus, lavender, lemon, peppermint, rose, rosemary, tea tree
is particularly good, rosewood or cedar wood. For those of you with dry or sensitive skin,
try camomile either as blue or romaine, frankincense, lavender, neroli and rosewood. If your skin
is inflamed or you have an acne outbreak, you may want to try camomile either blue or
roman, clary sage, lavender, lemon, neroli, rose, tea tree or rosewood. For mature skin,
you can try clary sage, frankincense, jasmine, lavender, neroli, rose, sandalwood, carrot
seed is particularly good, rosewood or patchouli. Those are the categories to use for essential
oils that you may want to try.
