Afgani Mutton.
Im not sure if i'll ever visit Afganistan,
but i'll taste something from there!
The ingredients.
Mutton,
green chillies,
turmeric powder,
onions
refined oil,
salt,
garlic,
and garam masala.
The procedure.
Put the mutton in a bowl and
and add the masala to it.
For the masala we'd need,
chopped onions,
coriander leaves,
green chilles,
and garam masala.
and grind it in a mixer.
Now mix the masala well and,
add salt and turmeric powder,
and let it marinate.
Now heat some oil in a pressure cooker,
add the biryani leaves and the marinated mutton.
and let the mixture fry for a while.
Then add some water and let it boil for 5-6 whistles.
Put the cooked mutton in a plate and garnish with tomato and radish.
and add some lemon juice to it.
For all the non-veg lovers, Afgani Mutton is ready to serve!
