Instructor: I am one of the first people who wanted to rush through this breathing...
as the first part, because to me it was boring.
I'm used to moving to a lot of high tempo music & doing real dynamic movement in the water.
This is hard for me to get used to, but what I found
is that almost all of the benefits that come from Ai Chi come from the breathing.
So it's worth it to take the time to get the breathing techniques...
and let people get comfortable with the breathing techniques in Ai Chi.
