So I got a great question on the website today from Jake May and he asked, "One question,
Johnny. I was wondering if you have any off-season workout plans for high school players. I live
in New Zealand and off-seasons are completely different to yours. It's winter here. So yeah,
just wondering." Jake, thanks for asking. Of course yes, I
do have an off-season program for you. If you're looking for pitching, I've got my Pitching
365 Program which is a yearlong program but I also added in version two which is now available,
an off-season countdown to your season workout plan and that includes working out, long toss,
short toss, bullpens, everything that you need to get ready for any season no matter
if it's in winter or summer, spring, whatever it is, for a pitcher.
So definitely check that out. You can find that on my website at YouGoProBaseball.com
and it's right there on the front page or you can click the My Programs button and you
will see it there too. But if you're looking for a hitting program,
I've got a friend Mark Brooks who has got a great hitting program and that will definitely
help you get you ready for your season and everything that you need coming up to your
upcoming season. So whether you're looking for pitching or
hitting, you can find them here. I will leave both links down below, below this video. If
you go to my website, you can also find links for those. So I hope that helps Jake. Thanks
for asking your questions. If you guys have any other questions, let me know and don't
forget to check out the programs down below. Talk to you guys soon. Thanks.
