democrats say hey if you want to the payroll tax cut as they do
an essay give every american on average at thousand dollars back in their pocket
per paycheck again on average if thirty eight dollars back ok now people like
that money of course is any and immediately spend it as it goes directly
in the middle class
which means that we says in hand
among three of saving it as the top one percent those
or reinvesting in the stock market so stimulates the economy i get that
nominee estate
because i think you could please the social security fund right
but having said that if you want to do that the democrats certainly have a
better idea on how to funded their idea is uh... as three point two five percent
surtax
on annual income exceeding one million dollars so there's a surtax on
millionaires
that they basically three cents on the dollar action that were raised two
hundred and sixty five billion dollars
back in fact uh... one of the top one percent of the ten hour who's been on
the interest before wrote a great editorial today saying but that's three
cents utar can we afford that as well as possible
also ahead for that
anything i ever said something
this for a part of the problem is wrong we're not the job creators
he's in the middle class of the job creators
because if they don't have money spent the weekend and investment
that we don't have the customers or the virus out
that uh... there were problems of this
in a hundred percent while you got totally
backwards but of course republican cannot creating jobs
they is you're about to get off of based on that new proposal
they say i it would be one of the payroll tax cuts the republican side
that what we need to do is
two different things the paper work
freeze federal pay through twenty fifteen for government glorious okay
that means
you know if you're a federal employee i'm gonna take it from you are not good
people are percent i'm not in favor millionaires
is that i would say from the middle class or federal employees
but if that were not on the same part of it is
he would reduce the civilian workforce by ten percent
and in total this would save two hundred and twenty-two billion dollars which by
the way it doesn't even cover the payroll tax cut uh... and and it
democratic liberals would give you a bit bigger amount right
with a simple three percent
a surtax on millionaires so but here is a great or any of that
so there are part of those are saying no no we can't do a surtax on millionaires
do the job creators
so instead will fire ten percent by the federal work force ok his caucus jobs
first-aid so neither ritual hire somebody at some later point and that's
what that's why they're job creators
fellas layoffs and so the work force
how crazy other doesn't it kills jobs
but i think is again the republicans edu don't care about balancing the budget
their uh...
their proposal grace a larger deficit
but number two they don't actually care about tax cuts for the best overall
because with the tax cut for the middle class they're largely guess that and
number three they don't get a job creation 'cause they're program actually
literally kills jobs
so that's republican priorities versus democratic primary
now gloat but again i don't love the democratic proposal a certain level of
the governing party right a lot of issues with them
the republican party is a disaster if they're not even trying to justify it
anymore they're just basically saying quote cares what the voters think we win
elections they saw how much money we have
and what do we have the money whenever maj
so we're just going to their bidding and or
all logic principles ideology be dead
where republicans and worked on the top one percent
