Although in the present world most can be explained by science,
there are still quite a few things that science cannot give an explanation for.
There is no sound scientific theory which can explain occurrences like these.
Given below are some of the miracles that have occurred across the world for which science
cannot give a suitable explanation.
3. Statue of Akita
The statue of *** Mary situated in a chapel in Akita, Japan was carved using a single block of wood.
In 1973, on July 6, the statue began to bleed from the right hand.
This phenomenon lasted 7 years.
The samples of sweat, tears and blood were tested by scientists, and they were confirmed to be real.
2. Incorruptible corpses
Incorruptible corpses are those dead bodies which do not decay even after the person is dead.
There have been hundreds of saints whose bodies have remained incorruptible long after their deaths.
One particular case is that of St. Bernadette whose body remains fresh even today?129 years after she died.
1. Flying high
In the 1600s, the saint and mystic St. Joseph of Cupertino entered into a religious trance and
reportedly began hovering over the crowds.
He apparently experienced this levitation multiple times, one time in front of Pope Urban VIII.
As a result of his flying exploits, this mystic is the patron saint of pilots.
In more recent history, other instances of levitation have been revealed as visual illusions, hoaxes or hallucinations.
