Hi, Yael here. So there's this diet going around on Pinterest. They're calling it the
"Military Diet" and you're supposed to lose 10 lbs in 3 days. First of all, before we
even get into it. That's really unhealthy. You should not be losing 10 lbs in 3 days.
I read the diet. It's starvation. Thats. The diet is starvation. The fact that you're supposed
to take a 4 day break before doing the diet again should be like a huge sign that this
is not a good idea. I have decided to partake in said "Military
Diet" to show how stupid this is. I want you to see what its like so that when you think
"oh, 10 lbs, I could do that- 3 days of not eating" You'll be like, "why would i do that.
That's terrible" Maybe this will stop you from starving yourself.
You are supposed to drink only water, nothing else. That seems reasonable. You cant have
anything between the 3 meals. No fruits, no veggies. No nothing. Nothing. And you're not
allowed to spice things. When you make things, like food, you need to put salt or pepper
only. Hopefully I will make it at least past day one without passing out. So, this is going
to be fun. Keep watching to see what happens!
