I launched The Reformy brand 2 years ago, and since the beginning,
I wished to make this brand to be known for its retro style.
I never wished to make it simply feminine
and to show too much of the body,
I wished to show that a woman's style could be different.
For the shoot, we're doing an old school style of the '70s;
it is dynamic, so it is not a regular shoot for swimwear
when the body is the most important.
Here the most important is a form, dynamic, movement.
This is just the second shoot.
When I pose in swimwear or lingerie,
the difference is that we need to know, what we show,
sometimes we expose hips, sometimes breast.
I need to remember about the swimsuit, make it look good,
I need to remember not just about my face, but also about my body.
The collection for Summer 2015 is inspired by fringes
and French designer Madeleine Vionnet,
who was the first designer who did geometric cuts
and who used fringes in lingerie for the first time.
Until then fringes were used just in dance costumes of Burlesque.
To be fashionable, for me, means to not follow any trends
but to follow your instinct and dress up
according to your feelings, showing yourself in a true way.
