For the first time in february 1953 over Poland camed flying
baloons with brochure of Joseph Swiatlo, a high officer of
the office of security,
entitled: "behind the coulisses of the party and Ministry of Public Security of Poland".

Swiatlo fled for "west" half year before.
His speeches in the "Radio Free Europe" and baloons
were an important tool of pressuring the regime.

After declaration of the martial law, in a new year 81/82
flyers in Gliwice called to a passive resistance aginst goverment
and a help to the aressted.
The next month it was impossible to buy a baloon in Silesia
so in Gliwice condoms were used
and the soviet cigarettes "Cosmos" were scorching the stripes, to which flyers were attached
In februry 1982, from Bornholm, approached Poland
16.000 bloons.
They were launched by the French meteorologists associated with
the organisation "Solidarite France-Pologne"
and a Parisian publishing house "Meetings".
Flyers contined instruction of printing and building of a duplicating machine
In Swidnik and Torun meteorologist balloons carried
transmitters of the radio "Solidarnosc"
