Filled Celeries

at this episode, we are sharing a "filled vegetable" meal recipe...
"Filled Celeries"
let's see the ingredients now, then we will see how to cook it
10 - 12 celeries
2 onions
8,8 ounces ground calf meat, medium fatty
1 cup rice
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp black pepper
8 - 10 stems of fresh mint
8 - 10 stems of dill
half bunch parsley

2 cups warm water
and 1 + 1/2 tsp salt

I have cut all the green vegetables...
now, I may add the remaining ingredients...
I'm adding 8,8 ounces medium fatty ground calf meat...
1 cup of rice...
1 tbsp tomato paste
1/3 cup sunflower oil...
and 1 tsp black pepper...

you may add some water also, if it is necessary
I've added about 1/6 cup warm water...

it is time to prepare the celeries
I may peel the celeries now
I'm peeling deeply...
I'm placing the celery into water which also includes flour and lemon juice
to prevent its darkening...
and I'm keeping on slicing the remaining celeries
after peeling the celeries, I'm cutting some of them...
into 2 pieces, if it is big...
if you have small celeries, there is no need to cut them...
I have such a spoon...
I'm caving it gently...
if you do not have that kind of spoon...
you may also use any kind of carver...
or spoon
you may place them into the same bowl also...
now, I may fill them...
without forcing too much...

I'm filling the celeries
and placing them into the pot
you may make a second layer...
of the celeries also
because, it is easy to cook
I'm filling the last celery piece
and placing it...
now I may place the pot over heat
I'm placing the pot over medium heat...
I'll cook it for about 5 – 10 minutes without water addition
after cooking it for a while...
you may add about 2 cups hot water
carefully without touching it to celeries
and I'll cook it for about 35 – 40 more minutes...
by covering the lid on
the meal is cooked...
now I may serve it hot
filled celeries are too delicious...
