to firms where they are empowered to do brilliant
work, and where they have a chance to share the wealth.
I think ad dollars will ultimately come back into the
marketplace as GDP growth increases.
But, in terms of the advertising agency business,
it's always been an industry all about storytelling, and
it's all about people that are doing brilliant campaigns that
do resonate and are redefining the industry.
And the people who think like insurgents, that really want
to redefine that industry are looking to go to homes where
they are empowered to do that, and where they can make brands
famous and by doing so they build their own fame, and
ultimately their own fortune.
