Hello and welcome to our
New York Habitat apartment visit.
Today we're going to take you on a tour
of a fantastic furnished apartment at 45th Street
and 2nd Avenue in Midtown East.
Midtown East is in Manhattan
and is home to world-famous shopping
and the city's tallest and most famous buildings.
This fully furnished one bedroom apartment
is on the 5th floor of a high-rise building,
equipped with an elevator, a full-time doorman,
a lobby and laundry facilities.
As you enter the apartment,
you'll find parquet floors and modern furniture.
You'll find a separate kitchen on your right side.
It's fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer,
a gas cooking stove, a microwave,
a coffee maker and a toaster.
Of course, dishes, pots and pans are provided.
Walking out of the kitchen,
you'll find yourself in the living room

glass coffee table and lamps.
There is also a dining table with chairs
tucked in the corner.
You'll also find a TV, a wooden desk with a chair,
and air-conditioner for those warm New York summers.
The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed
and a bedside table with a lamp.
You'll also find closet space for your belongings.
This bedroom has a large window
so you'll be able to enjoy the view of the city.
There is also a large wooden table
and an air-conditioner provided in the room.
Next to the bedroom is a bathroom
which is standard with white tiled walls,
a mirror,
a sink,
a bathtub,
and a shower.
You'll love the rooftop terrace with its benches and trees.
It's a great spot to take in an amazing view of New York.

There are many attractions around this apartment
such as the United Nations headquarters
which is just one block from the apartment.
You'll also find Trump Tower,
the UN Plaza,
fantastic antique shops,
wonderful restaurants and nightclubs.
On East 42nd Street, there is Grand Central Station.
It is the largest train station in the world
by number of platforms.
Don't miss the Empire State Building,
one of the city's tallest and most famous buildings
along with the MetLife Building.
