Hi, in this clip I'm going to show you some turns. I like the turns because it gives me
that sense of freedom. And, again, just enjoy the energy and you can incorporate it into
your dance. And, basically, the turns are one. You're just transferring the weight from
one foot to the other. Right foot, left foot, right foot, left foot, right foot, left foot.
Okay? And now I'll just demonstrate it without thinking. (Demo) When I turn, I like to think
of like the Twirling Dervishes. So, again, more than just belly dancing. Use your turns
and feel the energy coming up from your feet. All up every one of those Chakras and leaving
out your head. Okay? So, let's try that one more time. You can close your eyes and just
turn and feel the energy.
