AND ADD THAT TO THE PAN.
REDUCE THE HEAT AND COOK FOR A FEW
MORE MINUTES STIRRING OFTEN.
THEN TOP WITH THE SCALLOPS AND CHIVES.
AS A DELICIOUS COMPLIMENT FOR THE SCALLOPS
YOU'LL LOVE THIS FRUITY FENNEL SALAD.
WE WILL JUST COMBINE ORANGE SEGMENTS WITH
JUICE, ORANGE ZEST, AND SLICED FENNEL IN A BOWL.
STIR IN STRAWBERRY POPPY SEED DRESSING,
ADD SPRING MIX, A LITTLE SALT, AND TOSS IN ALMONDS.
