These things who look like right out some old video game are "Bungees - Flick-to-Stick".
Yeah, the character design sure is original.
Somehow reminds me of some old 16-bit jump-and-run games,
they used to have some similar designs.
Especially this one could be ripped straight from Super Mario Brothers or something.
Right ... What will this bag contain? Contains one twisted trophy ...
or maybe its a monster? Hmm ... who knows?
And one "Bungee card".
There are 96 "Bungees" and 48 "Bungee cards" in total.
Which is a lot. And there's even more ...
warning text on it.
"This product contains small magnets."
Hm. Fair enough.
"Contains small parts likely to be swallowed or inhaled."
We'll see about that.
Made by "Magic Box International" from Spain, because
it seems like all good blind bags are from Spain.
Seriously, I've seen quite a lot from Spain recently. Let's have a look!
Booklet. Didn't say anything about that ...
A card in pretty deranged ...
condition. What's going on?
It's totally messed up.
Very heavy material. Indeed very heavy.
And ... wow.
Now he's looking cool, isn't he?
He's got a tiny production error, some kind of misprint,
but otherwise ...
but I don't think this is supposed to be a turtle, is it?
Still, doesn't look half bad. It's made from rubber ...
pretty ...
well, wobbly. Seems like here's the magnet.
Well, what now?
Ah! Aha!
The card contains metal, that's why it's so heavy.
Wow. "Flick-to-stick", I guess that's how it works.
Let's have ...
a look at this.
"Bungee Card Games"
"Throw your Bungee, it sticks!" Nope.
It's magnetic, but not adhesive.
"Aim and ... shoot!"
How, there's no target on this card? Oh well.
There might be other cards.
Oh ... oh dear.
That's just great. The layout is so bad,
you can barely make out what's what.
"Impact!" Ah, with magnetic power, indeed.
Unfortunately that' not his "Bungee card", it's just some "Bungee card".
And ...
Was?! "Vlamb"? "Vlomb"?
That's horrible.
"Attaches easily to game board or card."
Right, the game board.
I've seen this today in a local supermarket, it's in A4 format,
really heavy quality, with a figure and some more of these cards.
And for that reason, it's not too cheap, so I didn't buy it.
I doubt we're missing out much.
"Great jumping power"
Does he have a great jumping power? Well.
It bounces alright, but it's hardly great power.
Ah.
Ah, so these are the precision ratings.
"Good chances to reach a set goal." You could say that, yep.
As I said, the card doesn't match the ...
"Bungee", so we don't know his jumping power. Anyway!
Ah, this is probably the board I was talking about. Marvellous.
Unfortunately we don't have that now, but it
doesn't matter. Now who is this supposed to be, can we find him?
Is this a "Vulcos"?
Potentially ...
I can't find him. Wait, there he is.
That's him. "Volcon", Number 93. Cute.
I'm not sure I want to throw him away.
I don't think I will. He looks kind of nice.
I mean, he's cheaply made and you can see they didn't
spend much time on designing him, but
I've definitely seen worse!
I think he's worthy of The Shelf!
But I have another one!
I've already opened his bag because I couldn't wait!
And he's not remotely as nice.
Hm? A bird.
Yeah.
Kind of a strange bird, he is.
And he's got a "Grivel" card, or "Grenvi", or what? No idea ...
That's it for "Bungees".
See you next time!
