For a much deeper stretch from here, we are going to take the close hand and put it out
behind the body. Then we are going to take the other hand and reach across to the toes.
Now from here pulling the leg back, pulling from the toes in with the body, drop the head
towards the knee and breath. This is going to stretch all along the leg but also along
the back as we twist and stretch, so much fuller body stretch, much deeper breath as
we stretch.
Then relax come back to this position and replicate on the other side.
