Watch out for the bird poop!
[Baby] Bird poop.
[Baby] Look. Dada, watch out for those bird poop.
This is our Passport 2 History adventure to Stagecoach Inn.
Built in 1876 as the Grand Union Hotel, this landmark was a resting area for travelers
from Los Angeles to Santa Barbara.
Today Ms. Sherri is giving us a tour, and we're going to see how many bunnies we can find .
hidden inside this hotel.
This is where the guests would go in the evening for entertainment.
Baby is playing the organ, but it's not making any sound.
Now Ms. Sherri is pumping the instrument.
[Ms. Sherri] Now try it.
Next, we're looking at a record player that is over 100 years old.
We're going to the dining room.
The napkin ring holds the napkins of the guests during their entire stay.
And everyone had their own salt cellar that holds salt.
A crumber is used to sweep the crumbs off the table.
And then I spotted some bunnies. They were on a plate.
And I spotted another one.
We're entering the kitchen.
Ms. Sherri is showing us how the oven works.
I am going to lift the iron to see how heavy it is.
This is a knife cleaner,
the water pump,
and the refrigerator.
Bet you don't know what this is. It's a mouse trap.
And this is a really old telephone.
Then I spotted many bunnies on the Easter eggs.
We even found one on the shelf. It's a chocolate bunny mold.
In April of 1970, a fire entirely destroyed the museum and its contents.
The structure was rebuilt and completed in 1980.
This bed was the only surviving item because it was out for repairs.
Baby wanted to play with the choo choo train.
This was the children's room
and the parents room.
Now we're in the music room, and Ms. Sherri is going to play us a record.
And I found another bunny.
Now we're going to look at some creepy dolls.
And lastly, we're looking at what a guest room at the hotel would look like.
Our tour continues at the old school house.
Ms. Sherri is showing us the world's first iPad. Just kidding, it's a slate.
And then she showed us what they used to punish bad students.
And then I got to ring the school bell.
And now it's Baby's turn.
Our tour ended at the carriage house.
We had so much fun at Stagecoach Inn.
And we even got a stamp for our passport.
