we must also pay attention to the EGR valve
you do not want to gasket to fall of the valve itself
we will now place two bolts in the front
of the plenum manifold and the
to hold the gasket in place

this will stabilize the plenum for us to make connection for EGR valve
we're going to replace the EGR valve bolts
and the bracket
and simply
replacing the bracket
in the original position we removed it
you'll be able to visually see
the bracket from here
then you would place the bolt
through the Valve

the trick is to this part is you want to make sure you pass
both of the bolts
first
before you catch bracket
once you have all the EGR bolts tighten down by hand
Then you can use the ratchet
to fully tighten
You will tighten this to around
twenty-five (25 ft-lbs) foot pound of torque

Now remember
the silicone
has about thirty minutes to dry
until,it fully cure
You have limited time
on the EGR installation
now we will tighten up
our two original bolt that was used for alinement
this will seal
The silicone to
the joint

replace the remaining bolts
and catch the threads
by hand
Before using the tool

replaced
the distributor cap
"noise"
it is always
a good maintenance ,to clean out the electrode in-side the cap.
before replacing it
When i say ,Clean out
i mean remove the oxidation
from the electrodes
under the cap
and the rotor
We will replace
our
coil wire
for
number six
cylinder....... before
and number two
sneezed
don't forget to replace the ignition wire
In the holder
you don't want
ignition wire to become Shaffer/damage
On the engine
surface
we will replace all three ten millimeter bolts
one for the electrical
and two other
for the harness anchor /clips

we must
always check all our vacuum line making sure we make all connection
it is
wise sometime to label the vacuum lines
don`t forget any lines
if you do forget a vacuum line
The engine
will idle above normal rpm
we will replace the accelerated cable
in the same manner we remove it
by hooking the anchor
to the coax cable
into the throttle body
valve
and replacing
it with the two ten millimeter (10mm) bolt
from its adjusting bracket

when you can apply some oil to the hoses/Fitting

now we are at the and of our installation
and i will give will reconnect
the positive terminal for the battery
so we can start
the engine
you will fill the radiator to the okay position
from any coolant that you lose from the holes that was disconnected by the
firewall
and you will fill up the coolant reservoir
to the max level - proper level
don't forget to connect the vacuum line
at the back of the engine
that vacuum line will be on the fuel pressure regulator fitted to the fuel rail
or should i say that the tube that is bolted
to the valve cover
We have no engine lite
Which mean this installation
is complete
with success
we will let the engine idle for ten minutes
so all the oil can burn off
it surface
then we will take the vehicles for a test drive
recheck all fluids
Once the engine is warmed up
and its at idling RPM
we will make adjustment to the idle
control valve
By turning this screw three turn outward from it (close) seated position
PERFECT!
