Here I have a cape that I designed with a drapy back. That's what I'm calling it's not
very technical but as I have said numerous times, this was an occurrence where I was
sitting at my desk just sketching and didn't have any thought or any frame of reference
in my mind. Just let myself go and just started drawing shapes and I ended up producing something
I can not wait to actually make in 3D. To actually draft a pattern for and make from
the pants, to the hood, to the drape of the cape. I let myself just draw blindly and came
up with my, one of my favorite ideas that I've ever had so that's when I say that just
let yourself go. I'm not saying it just to blow smoke. I'm saying it because you really
truly don't know, you can't predict the future. You can't predict the future even of what
is going to come on this design. Whatever comes of drawing on this design you could
be inspired by the curve of butt cheek that you did. And I'm just saying that as a crass
reference but let yourself just feel. Don't let yourself think. Let yourself feel and
go along with the body lines and you'll create stuff that you're truly truly happy with every
single time.
