There are several ways of tracking down maps at the UVic Libraries.
The library catalogues, including Summon, and Books & More, will allow you to limit the content type of your results to Maps.
You can also select the Units and Collections tab and visit the online Map Library,
which offers information on GIS, geospatial data, air photos, and copyright information, as well as specific subject guides.
The majority of our hardcopy maps are kept right near the main entrance to the library,
between the loan desk and the International Commons.
Some of these print maps are also available as GIS geo-spatial data,
and there is other GIS geo-spatial data, from which you can create your own maps specific to the info you want to include.
