WE'RE GONNA HAVE TO HIT THE GYM.

THAT IS A KEG.

WHEN APRIL DECIDED TO LEAVE THE SUBURBS
AND MOVE TO THE CITY, SHE QUICKLY REALIZED
THAT DOWNTOWN LIVING COMES WITH A STEEP PRICE TAG.
RATHER THAN BUY A HIGH-PRICED DREAM HOME,
SHE FOUND GREATER VALUE INVESTING IN A FIXER-UPPER
AND CUSTOMIZING IT FOR HER NEEDS.
AND SHE DID IT ALL WITH THE HELP OF THE PROPERTY BROTHERS.
