Top Restaurant Reviews Los Angeles: Koi Restaurant in West Hollywood.
This celebrity-spot restaurant is one of the best romantic Sushi places at the
moment in Los Angeles. I love the Zen-inspired fountain in the entrance and the bamboo and Buddha
decor in the main dining room.
The huge covered patio dining room can fill-up very quickly during the weekend.
I like the comfortable booths in the main dining room but you have to request them in advance.
They will try to accommodate you and your request if possible.
The Sushi bar area is an open space where you can observe the cooks executing your order in front of your eyes. If you have to wait
for a table, don't hesitate to try some of their unique (and strong) cocktails.
Try the Lychee Martini, the Chai Tea *** cocktail or the Wasabi *** and Sake cocktail.
If you like beer, try the Asahi Black. Their food is simply fresh and delicious.
The large variety of Sushi and Sashimi are delicious, and the creative reinterpretation
of traditional Japanese dishes, like the Creamy Spicy Calamari Salad and the Spicy Tuna on
Crispy Rice, will amaze your palate. For a more fusion experience, you must try the Lobster
Tacos with Mango Salsa. Desserts are good, and I ordered the Mochi
Ice Cream for the first time. This sweet consists of a fine sticky rice layer envelope that
contains a flavored ice cream inside. This is popular and well-known in Japan.
Servers are efficient as well as the valet parking. Other Koi Restaurants are located
in NYC, Las Vegas and Bangkok, should you venture in any of those directions and need a place
to find a fine dining fusion restaurant. Top Restaurant Reviews in Los Angeles : Koi Restaurant in West Hollywood. www.koirestaurant.com
