Check out these Central American style Hot Sauces.
Hey what's up guys. Welcome back to TastySauces.com.
I am your host Billy D. Today I have a little treat for you guys.
I have some Belize styled Hot Sauce. They are actually bottled and made in Belize in
Central America. I want to thank Dr. Chile Pepper. They were kind enough to
send me a whole sample of all the different flavors.
Today we are trying out two flavors from Marie Sharps.
Got the little bitty bottles but that is a good thing because we got a whole bunch of
varieties. We got their mild. This is a habanero pepper sauce.
And we got their fiery hot pepper sauce. It also has habaneros so this should be
extremely hot over here.
Now, taking a look at this Mild one, let me look at this real small print.
It has got red habanero peppers, fresh carrots, onions, lime juice, vinegar,
garlic and salt. We got a nice little orange color just like the
habanero.
Its definitely got that habanero smell to it.
It is about medium consistency. It has got some nice chunks in there.
It's not bad.
It kind of has a little afterburn there.
Thought it was going to be a lot hotter than it was just from the smell
but it is the mild. As far as the 1 to 10 heat scale,
I would give it a 3 on that.
As far as the 5 star scale,
the stuff isn't bad. I would give it a 4.
Now looking at this Fiery Hot Pepper Sauce.
They got red habanero peppers there but a whole lot more of them,
fresh carrots, onlons, lime juice, vinegar, garlic, and salt.
Yes, it definitely smells hotter.
This has a little redder color too.
Fiery Hot is really not that hot as well either.
As far as the 1 to 10 spicy/heat index scale,
I would give this one a 5 out of 10. It is a little bit hotter than this stuff
but not extremely hot or anything. As far as the
5 star scale, I am going to give it a 4 out of 5. Pretty tasty stuff.
A nice consistency and would highly recommend this stuff to you guys.
I want to thank you guys for watching and definitely check out DrChilePepper.com's
Marie Sharp's Hot Sauce and, I'll talk to you guys later. Bye.
