Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now we are going to work with the dough, roll it
and make it a thin layer so we can shape it later on into little miniature pizzas. The
dough as you can see it is very soft, it is not sticky, it is very elastic. Which will
mean that we would have to work with it pretty quick shaping it cause it is going to as you
can see it is shrinking. It should not be too thin. It is about a half a centimeter.
We can help it with our hands a little bit. As I mention it is very elastic
dough. Now it is ready to be cut.
