Thinkwell's staffing model for projects is very team based.
If you walk into our office you can see that is an open office.
It's all about collaboration. Nobody has doors and walls
and separation and we treat our projects the same way.
Not only do we have a broad discipline.
Everything from a production coordinator
all up to engineers, architects, artists, designers and producers,
you find it that they also come from all different backgrounds
and all different parts the world.
We actually used that cultural diversity to benefit our projects.
We really try to get a balance of seasoned people in that industry
combined with a core management that are infused in our culture
and our style from in-house and also bringing in young up-and-comers,
possibly straight out of a university. We've had great success
with the geeks and geezers model where we have a mentor who's worked in a certain
industry for 25 30 years partnering with
a brand new designer straight out of college.
Even thought our staff size fluctuates with our projects between 100 to 200 people depending on
on the project load that we have, we really focus on keeping a boutique feel.
If you look at the management of any project in our
organization it's
really led by a seasoned project manager a creative director and
a technical lead and that is who the client knows and sees in all the meetings.
When I say our team loves what they do, I'm not exaggerating.
They go to theme parks on their off hours.
The people who design the museums, they go to museums on their off hours.
We are greatly passionate people all about location-based entertainment.
