The fifth step to completing your SRAR is to enter your courses
and corresponding grades exactly as they appear on your transcript for grades 9-11 (including both courses for any repeats).
Make sure to review the instructions at the top of this page,
as they will provide extra help and important information for this step.
The instructions include a key, a list of examples, and a list of special circumstances.
If any of the examples or special circumstances pertain to you,
make sure to read the additional instructions.
Again, if you have questions, you can reference the SRAR FAQ page on the Admissions website,
or contact the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.
As we scroll down the page, notice that the schools we entered previously are already showing up.
Since we are attending Loyola Academy for Grade 12 only,
we do not have any Courses to report for grades 9-11.
Therefore we will select the checkbox next to the statement,
"I did not attend this school through grades 9-11."
A dialogue box will appear to make sure you haven't entered any courses or grades for this school.
Click "ok" to continue.
The first class on our Lane Tech HS transcript is actually a pre-high school math course.
We'll begin by selecting "Pre-High School" as the year
and "Second Semester" as the term for this particular course.
Make sure to follow your transcript exactly for all your course and grade information.
We'll select Mathematics from the Subject drop down menu.
If you're confused about what subject to select,
please see number 2 in the key at the top of the page
where each subject is listed with corresponding course titles.
Next enter the course name exactly as it appears on your transcript.
Our course name is Algebra Proficiency.
Then enter the grade/mark you received for this course.
We previously selected "A-F" as the grading system for Lane Tech HS
since Lane Tech's transcript lists A-F grades.
Therefore we have a drop down menu for the grade/mark column,
and can select "Pass/Fail - Pass" for our grade, since we did pass.
In the next column, choose a type such as honors, ap, or advanced,
only if it lists this on your transcript.
Otherwise, do not select anything from the type menu.
Finally, click the repeat box if this course was repeated.
In our case the course was not repeated, so we'll leave it unchecked.
If you do have a repeated course, make sure to check the "repeat" box next to the original course.
Then on a new line, enter the course and grade for the second attempt.
In the last column, you'll notice two buttons
that are there for your convenience while filling out this form.
Use the red X to remove a course.
Use the copy icon to copy a course.
This particular feature is helpful when reporting courses with similar information, such as year and term.
Continue this process until you've entered all the courses from your transcript, for each school listed.
Once you've entered all your courses for grades 9-11,
click "save and move to next step".
