Hi I'm Chef Ben with Expert Village alright today we are going to be talking about boneless
buffalo chicken. First I'm going to start off with about 4-6 pieces of boneless chicken
breast you can cut them in halves, you can cut them in quarters, today we are going with
halves. We are just going to go ahead and throw these right in the crock pot. Take to
1 to 1 1/2 cups of buffalo sauce or just plain cayenne pepper sauce, pour it right on top
of your chicken. This optional you can put about 6-8 ounces of your favorite beer just
to help thin it out a little bit, give it a little bit more flavor and about 2 tablespoons
of margarine. Then you just going to set your top on, set on low and let cook for about
6-8 hours.
