Hi, this is Josiah Owen with Expert Village. And today, we're going to be talking about
how to cook pepperoni ziti for those on a diabetic diet. All right, now that our mixture
has been cooking, we're going to add this to a bigger pot. Scrape it all out and make
sure you get everything. At this point, we're going to go ahead and add our one and a half
cups tomato sauce we talked about. Add our ricotta cheese, just a half a cup. And then
we're going to add quarter of our mozzarella. And then a pinch of our Parmesan cheese. I'm
just going to go ahead and mix this up right now. Make sure we break up the ricotta cheese
in there. Don't try and splash it around too much, I know it's easy with all this liquid.
If you see any big pieces of the ricotta, just kind of squish them up. And just mix
it all in there. And there you go, there's the next step.
