Now I'm going to demonstrate a one arm alternating sit up using this four pound medicine ball.
Ok? So your legs are going to be down on the floor at a 45 degree angle. You're going to
hold the medicine ball in one arm. Ok? So in this case it's my left arm. I'm going to
come up and do the sit up and transfer it at the eye level to my right arm. And then
you're going to repeat. You're gonna come up, transfer the ball, come down slow. So
you really keep that resistance on the abs especially the lower abs coming down. So you
feel a good stretch in the shoulders and the chest at the same time you're working your
upper abdominals. Nice and wide if you notice I keep my arms. See how a get a good stretch.
And I keep just staring straight ahead. Keep my chin neutral so that there's no strain
on my neck, and I just keep transferring that ball from one arm to the next. And that's
how you do a one arm alternating sit up using a medicine ball.
