a couple things your com this week they really want to talk to everyone about is
Just looking at my notes real quick
uh... removing wheat from your diet
As soon as you remove wheat from your diet you'll start to notice
your overall general feeling but you have to give it time
uh...
i know that's a lot to ask for some people eliminating pasta and bread and thing like that
attacked
uh... these seems hard
but it is really is a process food that is really bad for you this is something
have to get out of your body
and stop putting in your body really need to review
uh... priories uh.. I understand it's it seems hard and for some of us we
we uh... crave the carbohydrates but you crave it because it is bad for you
the thing that is fallon up your body
causing the problems that your having
inflammation
it's so bad you really really need to elimanate the wheat
uh... if you're having a hard time with this in first
uh... try start out with eliminating it for one meal then two meals then
your way up to 3 meals
i know it's also more expensive to ask you to eat
more fresh produce
quality uh... meats
uh... especially the the better quality means or a lot more expensive but at
least in the beginning please start eliminate the meats. I mean the wheats
and you'll see the changes progress
so this weeks tip um
they did not go through the house and throw away everything around some of us
you know
you could do this the way that my wife which is and go through your
your house
collect at the time so you don't want donated to charity the that certain
things you wanna
you don't finish off as you're going along you'll finish off those things in
and and get rid of it for for us
uh... we donated about some of the stuff to other people that were going to
benefit from it
uh... we chose to get rid of it right away certain things my uh... wife and i
were proclaimed to a little bit so week we elin at least eliminated at first it
you know sinning without breakfast and lunch and then moved on
anyway get rid of that wheat and everybody uh
but i think it would be happy holi to hear yourselves this will make a big
