I am so excited, this is actually the first time for me that I can act like an old, wise man.
Normally I was always used to be the youngest guy and now we finally found a Team here, so...
We gonna spend a few minutes talking to these Swedish Brand Partners,
that have success in Vemma and been in for a while to talk about their tips on how to recruit people in young generation.
As everybody know the world is changing faster than ever, I mean... few years ago we didn't have Facebook. Today we call for free worldwide.
I mean before we dial this prefix at the fix phone, fix phone's almost gone and you can develop international businesses in 10 different countries
without even knowing the language with all the tools you got, so...
If you go to the bank today you meet young people going there to listen to how to save money for their retirement. Job is not the same as income anymore..
There are different ways to make income. Education is not equal to a job anymore, big companies are closing down.
We are in a time when people need something and like with animals, the dinosaurs - they didn't survive.
They had the biggest muscles but they didn't adapt to the new environment so I think we need to adapt to the new environment and take more responsibility for ourselves.
A special round of applause because we have a brand new Presidential in the young Swedish Team Andreas Grenthe!
Andreas is just 26 years, right? Yes, 27 in one month...
The first question I want you to answer is: what did your parents say when you started the business and what does they say today?
From the beginning my mother had to work with this plastic boxes (another MLM company), so she said to me "Don't invest any money because I have a garage full with those plastic things and it doesn't work"
But I got her on the product, now all my family use the product with very good results. We take them on dinner sometimes so they know business works as well so they like it.
Great! Thank you... Can you hear? Sometimes it's great not to listen to parents because if you do you'll end up in the same life as they.
My father told me that it's crazy, that it's a pyramid scheme, don't do it.
After a while I got him to come to Swedish event, after he was there and see it he said to me "I think I have some good contacts for you"
I think it's just because they don't have the knowledge about what network marketing is.
Yes, thank you! Isn't that typical as well that when you see things you believe them? That's why you should bring your parents here, right?
There is some kind of psychological barrier for parents to listen to their kids because they think it was three weeks ago when they changed their last diaper and they shouldn't listen to kids advice.
Sometimes as a young person you need a little more persistence to prove that this is something worth listening to.
I think that's also changing in the world because before everybody were investing in old, wise companies and now they are looking for a next company that is taking off started by skating kid at the college like Mark Zukerberg, Facebook or something
I think we can use this in our business as well, this is something new, this is a new way to make money... Philip...
As a protective father, he looked into the business and said.. He is here today? Yes, and he is sitting up there today...
Well, yes, he was a little bit skeptical. But as a protective father, after a while, when the checks are coming in, he noticed a little bit results
and my mother had a good respond with the product, today I have a fantastic support from all my family. That's really important for me.
My father drinks a product, my mother and you know when they are happy they start talking to everybody else which is building my business.
Thank you! So, Richard...
Hello everybody! I want to start off with my mom, can you please stand up? Up there somewhere...
We gonna start with... she's 45 years young yesterday, so give her a round of applause!
Ok, that was good! I just want to tell, she started my business actually, I bought some cans of Verve and she was coming to my fridge and see lots of Verve and tried it
and she said "it's good but I want the small ones" so she bought Vemma and after 3 months her cracked heels went away, she started talking to everybody and business started off, we're building it together.
Great! And now we have Marco Passanante, also rank advanced - he became Star Executive with 211 cycles in the last period! That's great!
Yes, but I can't tell I have a very supportive family. I grew up with a father who... when I was young I wanted to be a professional soccer player and when I grew up he always said
"Stop dreaming, you will never make it blah, blah, blah" and once I started working with Vemma I came home, told him about it - the same story all over again "Stop dreaming, you'll never make it blah blah blah"
but I think at first, when I was younger, that affected me but this time, just the feeling that once again he could say "I told you so" wasn't gonna happen.
That fuel my passion, my burning desire so that made me work even harder, so... Thank you Marco
So, I think that all of us agree that this business has added other things than just financials to our lives like
if we took away all the bonus checks we would still be ok to come here and listen to Darren Hardy today, or have this great event, all positive things, BK talking about the future
most companies are talking about downscaling, you know, when should we shoot down, how much money can we save and here is a company investing in the future, right?
The value you get from this business is not only money, it's a little bit difficult doing a presentation and talking to people like "Hey, this will give you a lot of other values as well to start this business"
Just a quick comment - what this business did in your life more than the bonus checks?
Yes, business changed my life, like this whole concept with health - if you don't have the health nothing other is good either so
working with a right thing is very fun but the time freedom that I have today - I could quit my job and I do what I really love to do - so both money and time
Thank you! You know you get used to microphone after a while. In the beginning it's difficult to get people up on a stage, after a while to get them off...
The value for me... I learned a lot, before this I didn't have many sales skills and this kind of skills to sit here and talk and now
we even started a new company a couple of days ago, I didn't think I was going to do that, so it's really nice...
Thank you! Richard have a funny story as well because he is sponsored by his mother in law, so you can imagine the situation - he have to follows the system.
Yes, it has changed a lot for me, the first convention I was watching Darren Hardy, took a lot of notes and implement it to my life and the company
I also train a little kids, I teach them today, 10 year olds to be entrepreneurs so that's my goal, I learned a lot, love it!
I think this question should be easier to say: What it didn't do to my life. I think it changed my whole life in right direction,
when I was working before was going up, when I'm working here is going up and the checks is going up as well, so I think it's very easy to get the motivation to do this because this is such a great company and such a great product.
Yeah... What can I fill in there? I think this is really unparalleled opportunity to get if you look at the wheel of life where you get health, wealth, relationships, self-esteem, experiences, so
I think I couldn't have chosen a better career path. Thank you!
Relationship, you mean that you met your girlfriend through the business, right? Yes!
The last question is: Everybody here would like to have this kind of people in your group: young, dynamic, hungry, calling you, positive, they wanna build a future in Vemma.
What is your most important tip for attracting the "Generation Y", younger people?
It's good to do the things on your own so you can show what can happen. But all the things that Brad said, every guy I know already have to already pay like 25-30 SEK every day,
take a coffee and all this stuff so just take the healthier alternative and do the business at the same time.
Thank you! To get the younger people you can make it in many types of ways, one of my things is that I have a boat and in the summer I take them out on a boat, cooling bag and some ice,
and after a while after we went water ski I pick up the Verves and share them and then I tell about the business and if someone is not interested in the business I say
"Ok, then you can swim home" so... then they have to listen to the business.
Great! So see the duplication... His mother in law forced him into the business now he's forcing people into it.
The question was: how to recruit "Generation Y"?
Ok, so... I... say again?
I say it in Swedish [asks the same in Swedish] Aaaa.. ok.
The best tip I have is to use the Verve. I think this is a real door opener. Just crack a Verve and people taste the product...
Great! Thank you! We're running a little bit short on time so share your best tip.
The best tip I can give is to use the energy you can get from people like Anders, get excited about the opportunity and make it happen - Verve!
Thank you! My best tip is that the network marketing can really provide a lifestyle that the Generation Y want - they wanna be free, have fun, be hip
and you can really achieve this through this business. Thank you very much guys! Thank you!
