TRANSCRIPT Daniel: The most exciting area that Ive worked
on at the moment is being Face to Face Servicing in London. So what weve done is theres obviously
lots of increased visitors to London this year and were doing lots of work on making
sure we can support and enhance the customers experience when they visit the capitol. I
think the most important thing is the fact that you know Face to Face Servicing experience
is a really unique one so we dont really have a precedent in which to follow. So being able
to design and create the whole experience and what it looks like from scratch has been
a really positive experience. I think the biggest surprise for me for working at American
Express is the flexibility with the work environment. So recently moving to a Blue Work concept
where there is virtual working so theres lots of tools and resources now that support the
way we work whether that be in any of the office locations across the UK or virtually
from home. I think having that flexibility really surprised me about the organization
because I didnt expect to be able to come in at different times of day and leave at
different times of day depending on when my meetings were. But I think it really makes
sense from a global perspective that we have. You know we can fit into different time zones
if you like so if you have an early morning call having that flexibility to work from
home in the morning and then come in to the office later in the afternoon really helps
improve the way that you work.
