second 75 millimeters. Then circle, select these 2 lines and choose option mirror. After
that, options trim and delete unnecessary lines. Take options revolve, and put 180 degrees.
Choose new sketch from this surface, normal to and create this drawing. First line 40
millimeters second 50 millimeters and put degrees and put 125 degrees. This line 25
millimeters and degrees 45. Now close the drawing. Go to options, extrude cut and select
through all. Now choose right plane, reference geometry plane and put 100 millimeters. On
that new plane, create new sketch and create this drawing. 60 millimeters, 50 millimeters,

unnecessary lines. In the middle, create line and choose options extrude cut. Uncheck thin
feature, and put 19 degrees. Now, choose new sketch on this surface. Create line and one
circle, dimensions of line is 28 millimeters. Radius of circle, 25 millimeters. Then delete
line, choose extrude cut, through all. Now choose options, show and select this surface.
Put 2 millimeters then ok. Our second part is finished. Click on plane 1 and plane 2
and hide. Then save as part 2. Hi everyone, in this tutorial we create 3rd part of Iron
Man helmet. Go to new sketch, chose top plane, create line on the middle. One vertical line,
55 millimeters and one circle radius 87 millimeters. Now create one horizontal line, select horizontal
and vertical line and chose options mirror. Then with options trim, delete unnecessary
lines. Click on options fillet, put radius 23 millimeters then go to the extrude, 19
millimeters. Now chose new sketch on this surface and create this drawing. Dimensions
for this line is 30 millimeters, angle 50 degrees. This angle 138 degrees, this line
40 millimeters and this angle 60 degrees. Now, chose option fillet, radius 20 millimeters.
Now choose options extrude cut, through all. Choose right plane, new sketch, normal to.
First line 30 millimeters, then right click convert entities and create this triangle.
Now choose options cut extrude, through all. Now we must create plane on the middle, go
to reference geometry, click on this surface then on this surface and we create new plane.
Now select plane 1 and cut extrude 2 and choose options mirror. Go to right plane, reference
geometry, new plane and put 100 millimeters. Check options flip and on the new plane, create
new sketch. Create this drawing, vertical line 5 millimeters, horizontal 10 millimeters
and degree 135. Now select these 2 lines, and choose options mirror. Delete line in
the middle. Go to features, extrude cut, through all. Now click options show, select this surface,
put 2 millimeters then ok. Select this surface, click new sketch, create line on the middle,

choose options mirror. Then with options trim, delete unnecessary lines. Click to features,
extrude, put 10 millimeters. Now go to options, fillet these 2 edges and put 10 millimeters.
Now click to this plane, new sketch, normal to. Take options line, create these 3d lines,
first line dimensioned 40.5 millimeters second 20 millimeters. Select all 3 lines, choose
options offset, go to 5 millimeters then ok. On this line, click convert entities, with
options trim delete unnecessary lines. Select these lines, and choose options mirror. Delete
2 lines from the middle, go to options, go to features, options extrude cut. Select offset
from surface, put 1 millimeter and check reverse offset. Now on this surface, create new sketch.
Normal to, click this line convert entities. Create this rectangle, and go to features
extrude cut, offset from surface 1 millimeter. Reverse offset, then ok. And do the same on
the other side. Now third part is finished. Click on plane 1 and plane 2 and hide it.
Now go to save, save as part 3. Hi everyone, in this tutorial we create fourth part of
Iron Man helmet. But first, we open part 3. Then choose this surface, sketch, normal to
and with options convert entities, take these two surfaces, copy, go to new part, create
new sketch, choose top plane and paste drawings. Now with options extend entities, do this.
Delete unnecessary lines, and go to extrude. Put 20 millimeters, now choose this surface,
new sketch and draw these lines, put 10 millimeters, angle 45 and close drawing. Delete line in
the middle, go to extrude cut, through all. Now on this surface, click the new sketch,
normal to. Options, offset entities. Put 2 millimeters, check reverse, then ok. Now with
option convert entities, click on this line. Create this line and put 14 millimeters, same
do in other side. Now with options trim, delete unnecessary lines. Go to the features, extrude
and put 4 millimeters. Now go to options chamfer, put 4 millimeters, click on this edge and
