This is the Southern Gentleman and this is IT & Iced Tea. Now this is a quick video just to show you how to add a contact in gmail. First of all you should open up your favorite internet browser and go to the address bar and type in www.gmail.com. Then that should take you to the gmail login screen. Type in your google username and password and click the sign in button. That should get yall logged in and then once you are in your gmail account, go to the top left where the gmail drop down menu is and click contacts. Next go ahead and click the new contact button and that will take you to where you can start typing in the your contacts information. For demonstration purposes we are going to type in my friend’s name Dan Yankee. Next we are going to type in his email address, which you can add more than one by clicking add email address link, in case your contact has more than one email. Then type in their phone number and address which is optional but not a bad idea just in case and as another option you can type in their birthday or website, but again that is optional as well. Then to make sure it saved correctly look on the left side. There is a link that says my contacts which you should click to make sure your contact was added correctly. And in case you want to add anything to your contact info later just click on it and you can edit it anytime. That is all there is to it. Congratulations, you have just added your first contact to Gmail.
