A new Metal Gear Solid collection could be heading to PlayStation 3.
According to a Korean rating board, there's something coming to PS3 called Metal Gear
Solid: The Legacy Collection.
Series creator Hideo Kojima later tweeted this image, which features five different
familiar faces -- Solid Snake and Big Boss as they appeared in Metal Gear Solids 1, 2,
3, 4, and Peace Walker. This Legacy Collection reveal is different than the Metal Gear Solid
HD Collection you may already own on Xbox 360 or PS3 -- the one with Sons of Liberty,
Snake Eater, and Peace Walker packed together. No word yet, however, on whether or not Legacy
will hit Xbox 360. This rumor comes hot off the heels of Kojima
Productions' recent reveal of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, but Konami and Kojima
have yet to confirm that this Legacy Collection is indeed a thing, and if it's releasing in
the West.
For more on all of these Metal Gears, because Kojima can't seem to stop giving us new ways
to play them, we'll have everything you need at IGN.
