There's very, there's a lot of variation to the hand massage and you could also add a
little bit of a wrist massage too. So I'm going to start with the wrist. Just kind of
roll it around a little bit with your thumb. Really anything that feels good for them is
a nice thing you can add for the hand massage. I'm going to roll that wrist around. Intertwine
fingers to fingers. Bring it back palm up and then I'm just going to start gently pressing
that meaty part right below the thumb. It's a nice little relief especially if you're
a typer. I'm going to take the fist and just gently press in to the palm and again my palm
into her hand and I run my thumb down the length of the palm. Gentle pressure not too
much you want this to feel good and maybe even adding nice little end milking the cow.
Just gently along the sides pulling over, pulling out any last energy you want to release.
Notice how I'm letting go one hand at a time and when you're done gently release and put
your arm out to the side.
