Hi, I'm Amelia, and I'm going to talk to you about how to dye your hair from black to brown
or actually how to remove the black dye and bring it to a brown color. This particular
mannequin has got both black and some highlights in. That's going to be - that's going to be
difficult to do on yourself, but it's something that you can have done in a salon or even
have a friend do it if you trust them. And they can just go in and put some highlights
and then what I would do is over these highlights, put a like an a semi-permanent brown color
over it. And that will help tone out some of this brassiness, some of this orangy tone
you see. And sort of make it all look a little lighter. Another thing you can do is you can
go to the beauty supply store and get a color remover, and apply this all over. There's
- it's several steps to this particular product, and follow the manufacturer's instructions
and what that will do is that will actually take the artificial dye out of the hair shaft.
So it'll actually remove the color from the hair and then you'll probably be left with
sort of a brassy looking brownish red and then you will need to go get an all natural
- I would go with again a semi permanent color and apply that all over. Sort of tone
everything down. But that's going to be the easiest way for you to take your hair from
black to brown.
