Everything we do we're trying to make more sophisticated,
so we're not just doing more, we're doing better.
It's not just about quantity, it's also about quality.
I'm just gonna run through the different FlowFit movements,
and I'm going to show you what kind of sophistications we have on them,
because we don't really have time to take you guys through all of them.
Cause I want to do some club bells. Brian's reminding me to do some club bell stuff.
So, first one: quad squat, quad hop and Rocca press.
So they get more complex as we go. We have to add more things in.
Leg swoop. Alright.
Leg swoop through to the back.
Leg swoop all the way through.
And then actually it's not in the FlowFit DVD,
but you can take that and just keep sweeping so it's continuous.
That's more from the BodyFlow DVDs.
Uhm, the mountain climbers, you just these easy mountain climbers.
Or you can pop the leg through, twist around, and do something
like what we were doing this morning in our flow.
So, again, more sophisticated.
Tripod switches.
You can get a lot more fun with some elastic energy.
Actually drive the hips up and switch as you float through the air.
And that can go to two hands as well. Alright.
Upward dog can be very simple, or it can start swooping through
from upward to downward dog. Okay.
And spinal rocks can be the very simple version.
You can do pikes.
Or you can do drops where you drive your hips up and drop the legs down.
And that's just a few.
Okay, so it gives you an idea of how we can take a more simple exercise
and make it more and more complex. Good?
Get the idea of sophistication? Yeah? Okay.
