Chords are made of intervals which we would talk about later but let's say if you make
a basic chord it is between every other note here on the keyboard see. See we have a blank
note here and a blank note there okay so if we went up the scale of 7 note, 1,2,3,4,5,6,7
and the 8th one is the octave which is the same chord and note as the beginning one.
Now all of these chords are not the same they are different types of chords we have what
is a major chord we have a sort of a straight ahead sound and then we have what you have
a minor chord which is darker color. So if where to take all these notes like 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8
so we have a 1 is a major. The 1 have a little saying most songs us 3 chords and they are
the 1,4, and the5 those are all major chords they sound like this. Okay so those all are major chords if you
can play a song. Okay that was only using 3 chords 3 of the main chords now only major
chords like I said if I go up that would be the one. Now the 2 is minor chord, the 3 is
a minor chord, here we go to the 4 a major chord, a 5 is a major chord, the 6 is a major
chord, and the 7 is a diminish chord which we would learn about later and the last one
is the same as the beginning.
