Here’s a question from a viewer, are there any rules of thumb for starting to work out
after an injury. Well this question has a lot of factors, so it’s kind of difficult
to answer just based on that. It depends on your age, your level of fitness and also what
type of injury you have so I think the first thing you want to make sure is to work closely
with your doctor and make sure you get clearance before starting any type of exercise program.
And then just also to listen to your body would be a good start.
