...Happy Halloween! This is GojiGamesImproInc here coming at you with my second toy review,
so here we go!
Hedorah also known as the smog monster,
Bandai Japan
and it's a common figure.
Alright. Like in my last review,
I'm going to start with his articulations,
but uh...
he can only uh...
rotate his
arms.
(Those arms)
Ok.
Hedorah's final form height is 60 meters and his final form mass is 48 000
metric tons. His land form height is 30 meters and his land form mass is 20 800
metric tons.
His flying form length is 40 meters and his flying form mass is 20 800
metric tons.
His tadpole length is 0,1 millimeters and his tadpole form mass
is 0,000000002 metric tons.
Hedorah appeared in Godzilla vs. Hedorah also known as Godzilla vs. The Smog Monster
in 1971,
in Godzilla Island in 1997,
in Godzilla Final Wars in 2004 and in Godzilla 3D To The Max
in 2011 as Deathla, but Godzilla 3D To The Max was a
Cancelled 40 minutes Godzilla movie. Hedorah has powers like crimson energy
beam from his eyes,
spew sulfuric smog and acidic mud. Hedorah's one and only foe
is Godzilla and his only ally is Ebirah in Godzilla Final Wars, because they were
both fighting Godzilla.
Hedorah was created by Yoshimitsu Banno
and in the showa series he was portrayed by Kenpachiro
Satsuma
and in the millennium series he was portrayed by
Kazuhiro Yoshida.
Spores
from space land in the polluted waters of Tokyo Bay.
The spores merge with the pollution and soon millions of tiny tadpole creatures
are feeding upon the pollution, reproducing and merging as they go on.
All too soon,
the tadpoles have merged into a single mammoth being of sludge and Hedorah evolves
into a form that can crawl onto dry land,
feeding from industrial smoke stacks like an *** addict sucking from a pipe.
Hedorah is a massive, loathsome mountain of pollution.
As such, it does not appear to have much
neural properties. The monster does seem loath to engage in battle, but if hard
pressed it is a devastating opponent,
able to exploit its polluted body to
best effect.
Hedorah favors its eye-beam attack
for distance combat,
but will employ its globs of acidic mud
as a surprise tactic,
seeking to blind an enemy.
Given the chance,
Hedorah can even try to drown an enemy with its own body,
creating a river of sludge that
flows from its corrupt form.
Hedorah seems intelligent enough to realize what will and what will not harm it,
and also displays
no great desire to remain
in any situation that could possibly
harm it, fleeing at
earliest
opportunity.
To conclude this review,
I'm gonna compare the figure to a picture from the movie,
but not Godzilla Final Wars,
but Godzilla vs. The Smog Monster.
So here's the picture.
Yeah, in my opinion the figure looks really well done. It looks...
really good.
Yeah, but uh..
whether it's Hedorah or just a piece of junk,
that's up to the viewers.
Alright, that's it for today, guys. Uh...
I hope you like it... and uh...
yeah, while I'm thinking about it, yes, I'm a fan of horror movies,
and uh... yeah, this is
GojiGamesImproInc here signing out.
