Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. The cake was in the oven for 25 minutes. It depends
on your oven it can be up to 30 minutes. To check if it is right you open the oven and
you touch it very gently to see that it is not too hard but it is kind of bouncy. The
color is golden color and it is separating nicely from the sides. After you remove it
from the oven, don't get nervous if it sinks a little bit. That is normal and it is suppose
to. Now don't remove it from the pan right away. We have to let it sit for at least 10
minutes like on a counter or a on a cool place and let it cool a little bit. If you take
it out too soon, the cake is going to be stuck a little bit to the bottom and it might break
which we don't want. So we are going to let it sit now for 10 minutes and then we are
going to remove it to the trays and get ready to cut in the middle and make two more layers
as you are going to see.
